At signcloud.store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet these standards due to a manufacturing defect. This policy outlines the procedures for returning defective products within 30 days of purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return under this policy, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Condition: The product must have a manufacturing or workmanship defect. This policy does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your claim. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
3. Shipping the Return
For approved defective product claims, signcloud.store will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Inspection and Resolution
Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm the defect.

If the defect is confirmed: We will offer you one of the following options:
- A full refund to your original method of payment.
- A direct replacement with the same product (if in stock).
- Store credit in the full amount of your original purchase.

5. Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your item for our team to process the return. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
